One-Pot Cheesy Baked Spaghetti
This recipe is a one-pot wonder that is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal. It is also a great way to use up leftover spaghetti.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 jar (28 ounces) marinara sauce
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Stir in marinara sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Drain spaghetti and add to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Tips:
- You can add other vegetables to this dish, such as mushrooms, peppers, or spinach.
- If you want a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinara sauce.
