Chicken with Lemon and Herb Marinade

Introduction 

This recipe is for a juicy and flavorful chicken breast that is perfect for grilling or baking. The marinade is made with lemon juice, herbs, and garlic.






Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill or oven to medium heat.
  5. Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill or bake the chicken breasts for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
